The massager works by sending low-voltage electrical pulses through an attached electrode pad placed on the skin. Adjustable intensity levels and pulse modes let you choose a gentle or firmer session, and the built-in heat function adds soothing warmth during use.

How It Works
Prepare the device
Charge the massager mat as needed. Place both feet on the mat's built-in contact zones, or connect a compatible electrode pad via the remote's cable for use elsewhere on the leg.
Prepare the application site
If using a separate electrode pad, apply it to a clean, dry area of skin as directed in the manual.
Choose your settings
Power on the device and select your preferred mode, then adjust the intensity to a comfortable level.
